Julie Peach

Owner & Interior Designer

Julie Peach was born in Maryland and spent the formative years of her life outside Washington, D.C., which inspired her love of museums and architecture. She attended East Carolina University and graduated in 1991 with a degree in Interior Design and a with a concentration in Art History and Business. Upon graduation, she relocated to Charlotte, North Carolina and worked as a district sales manager for Hunter Douglas until she gained the experience needed to start her own interiors firm, which she founded in 2005.

With a focus on residential spaces, Julie has acquired carved a niche for herself in Charlotte, NC. She has also worked with clients along the East coast in the Northeast, South Carolina, Georgia and Florida.

With her creative and sophisticated approach to design, Julie’s loyal client base continues to tap into her vision for beautiful spaces that live as well as they feel.

Julie creates warm, inviting interiors around a very simple premise: “ When we finish a project and close the door behind us, we want the client to be in their home not ours.”

With an accomplished background as a brand consultant and designer, Amy’s passion for design and creative problem solving skills make her a unique asset to J.Peach Interiors. Her ability to quickly assess a client’s objectives and her extensive knowledge of design principles are an invaluable part of the design process. She helps visualize interior solutions for any space – from creating style boards to the selection of finishes, furniture, lighting and accessories. She’s involved with staging and helps oversee various stages of the design installation process.
